    Great to see your selection of Belgium style ales and food. I lived in Amsterdam for 3 years. Have you considered adding the holy grail of Dutch drinking snacks called Bitterballen? (Puréed beef meatballs; deep fried) How about Biernoten (literally beer snacks- peanuts with a crunchy cheese dough coating). Either way- well be there soon.

      Hello Stefan! I am familiar with bitterballen from my trip to Holland. Haven’t had the biernoten, but those sound great as well. We do plan to add them to the menu down the road. Look forward to meeting you down the road.
