DRAFT We’re busy pouring beer and may miss an update here and there. Call if there’s something specific you want to try to confirm availability. Cheers! Proost! Prost! Sante! Gezonheid! Last updated 1/24/2018

  1. Unibroue La Fin Du Monde (on) 9% ABV, Made by triple fermentation and a unique way of straining the yeast, which produces an unexpectedly subtle flavor. With its champagne-like effervescence, it has a vigorous presence in the mouth, which accentuates its strong personality. Slightly tart, with the balanced flavors of wild spices, malt and hops.
  2. Rodenbach Alexander (be) 5.6% ABV,(Belgium) A blend of 1/3 young and 2/3 two-year old ale matured in oak foeders, that is macerated with sour cherries. With a unique, balanced palate, complex finish and subtle fruit and wood notes it is undoubtedly one of the best sour ales Rodenbach has ever created.
  3. Huyghe Delirium Tremens (be): 8.5% ABV strong pale ale, golden body, citrusy, and high-carbonation
  4. Fürstenberg Pilsner (de) 4.5% ABV, One the first Pilsners of Germany. Naturally bright golden color with a long-lasting head and fine perlage. Smells pleasantly hoppy and fresh. A finely effervescent feel in your mouth when drinking with distinctive hop notes, and a smooth bitter finish.
  5. De Dolle Still Nacht (be) 12% ABV, De Dolle’s annual winter brew, this one hides its alcohol all too well. The palate consists of a solid caramel malt sweetness with hints of fruit. Higher than normal carbonation keeps this beer from becoming cloying.
  6. Buoy Azacca Single Hop IPA (or) 6.7% ABV, This single-hop showcases Azacca, a cultivated dwarf hop whose grandmothers are Northern Brewer and Summit. Azacca is a hop big in citrus and tropical fruit tones.
  7. Logsdon Saison (or) 7.5% ABV, A traditional farmhouse saison or ‘seasonal’ style beer brewed for flavor and rich character. Four select yeast strains are used to brew this complex, fruity and aromatic beer. An abundant amount of whole cone fuggle and golding hops create a desirable balance with the barley malt, wheat and oats.
  8. Pfriem Frambozen (or) 5.5% ABV lambic style Ale with raspberries, aged on oak.
  9. Coalition Loving Cup Maple Porter (or) 5.8% ABV, Classic brown porter with pure Vermont Grade A maple syrup. The maple is balanced out by roasty British chocolate malts, making this seasonal ale highly drinkable and the perfect treat for any time of year.
  10. Ecliptic Orange Giant Barleywine (or) 12.5% AB, Named after the giant orange stars in the sky, this barleywine has a gratifying warming effect and drinks smooth. Three malts create a hearty malt profile with robust character. Copious amounts of Chinook and Nugget hops combine for a nice resin hop flavor.
  11. Double Mountain Devil’s Kriek (or) The 2013 vintage of Devil’s Kriek was made with straight Bing cherries from the Double Mountain Orchards in Hood River for a tart and funky sour beer.
  12. De Ranke Bitter XX (be) 6.2% ABV,  XX Bitter or Extra Extra Bitter is a blond, bitter ale containing 6.2% vol. Alc. It’s famous for it’s very bitter and strong flavour. XX is being made with pale pilsner malt and loads of Brewers Gold and Hallertau hop flowers. A perfect combination that has been nationally and internationally praised. This ale has been a real trendsetter for the current comeback of bitter ales in Belgium.
  13. Wander Addo Kriek (wa) 7.3% ABV, dark red, pink bubbly loud head that quickly fades, sweet cherry sourness.
  14. Upright/Pfriem Barrel #1 (or) 7.8% ABV ,   Barrel Blend #1 is a collaboration with Gavin Lord of Pfriem Family Brewers. The beer is a 50/50 mix of an Oud Bruin that was extensively aged in both a foudre and smaller casks, with a batch of Six that was matured in former Oregon Native barrels with spent pinot noir grapes still inside. The finished blend has a tremendous oak expression and complex fruit flavors throughout, ranging from orange and apricot to cherry and petite sirah.
  15. Samuel Smith’s Oatmeal Stout (uk) 5% ABV,Oatmeal stout was described as nutritional on early labels. Oats are in the same family as barley, and a small addition yields great flavor. Popular in the late 1800’s, the last oatmeal stout was brewed before the First World War until Samuel Smith reintroduced this style in 1980. Almost opaque, with an unusually silky texture and complex, medium-dry velvet palate. Bittersweet finish.
  16. Reverend Nat’s Tassajara Peach Book (or)  8.5% ABV, This fully dry cider has the aroma of peaches from the addition of Mosaic hops.
  17. Tieton Apple (wa) 6.9% ABV, This crisp English style cider begins with a floral and fruity nose. It has perfectly balanced citrus notes, and then introduces hints of green grape skin and slate with a lingering pepper quality at the finish.
